1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CleanMate (“the App”), operated by [ CDD Technology Limited ] (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

If you are under the age of 16 (EU) or 13 (US), you may only use the App with parental consent.

2. Service Description

CleanMate is a mobile application designed to help users optimize phone storage, including:

  • Duplicate photo & video detection

  • Large file scanning & smart cleaning suggestions

  • Intelligent photo analysis, categorization, and recommendations

  • File compression tools

  • Private space and secure vault features

  • Device performance insights

Features may vary by region, device, or subscription plan.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use CleanMate solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or copy the App

  • Use the App for unlawful activities

  • Interfere with or disrupt App functionality

  • Sell, sublicense, or redistribute the App

4. User Obligations

You agree to use CleanMate responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. Specifically:

  • You may only use the App on devices you own or are authorized to manage.

  • You are fully responsible for confirming deletion or modification of files on your device.

  • You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or modify the App.

  • You will not interfere with the App’s normal operation, security mechanisms, or performance.

  • You will not use the App in any manner that may damage your device or violate legal requirements.

The App does not require you to provide personal information, nor does it allow uploading any user-generated content.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some CleanMate features require a Paid Subscription (CleanMate Pro).

5.1 Billing

  • Payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • Refunds follow the policies of the respective app stores. We cannot issue direct refunds.

5.2 Trial Periods

If a free trial is offered, unused portions will be forfeited when a subscription begins.

6. Intelligent Features Disclaimer

CleanMate includes Intelligent functionalities such as:

  • Duplicate detection

  • Cleaning suggestions

  • Photo categorization

The results may not always be accurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing files before deletion or modification.

We are not liable for accidental data loss resulting from:

  • User mistakes

  • Device malfunction or system errors

7. Data Deletion & Irreversible Actions

Certain features permanently delete files.

You acknowledge that deletions cannot be undone and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for confirming deletion actions

  • The Company is not liable for lost data, revenue, or damages arising from deletion

8. Third-Party Services

CleanMate may integrate third-party tools (e.g., Ad SDKs, Email connection).

We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, UI assets, code, algorithms, text, and media within CleanMate belong to [CDD Technology Limited].

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

  • You violate this Agreement

  • You misuse the App

  • Required by law

Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

CleanMate is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including:

  • Performance guarantees

  • Accuracy of intelligent outputs

  • Compatibility with all devices

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for loss of data, profits, reputation, or indirect damages.

  • Our total liability to any User will not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months for premium services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising out of:

  • Your misuse of the App

  • Your violation of this Agreement

  • Your infringement of third-party rights

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
